Attorney Tristan F. Eagon

Owner & Co-Founder

Tristan focuses primarily on complex family law matters and high-conflict litigation. She brings extensive courtroom experience from her background in law enforcement and the Wisconsin State Public Defender's Office. Tristan oversees firm operations from our Stoughton and Dodgeville offices.

Attorney Kyle R. Reimann

Owner & Co-Founder

Kyle handles criminal defense, family law, civil litigation, and estate planning. He is a former public defender and currently acts as a Supplemental Court Commissioner. He operates out of our Dodgeville office and focuses on delivering steady, grounded advocacy.

Attorney Spencer J. Wingert

Senior Associate

Spencer fights for families across Southeastern Wisconsin. He manages divorce, custody disputes, and paternity actions from our Jefferson office. He is known for his relentless preparation and straightforward communication style.

Attorney Riley M. Calouette

Attorney

Riley handles guardianships, municipal defense, restraining orders, and civil litigation. She coordinates adult and minor guardianship cases out of both our Stoughton and Jefferson offices.

Jodi Brown

Paralegal

Jodi brings more than three decades of legal experience to our firm. She organizes our family law, estate planning, and criminal defense files. Jodi ensures our clients are supported and our attorneys are fully prepared.
