While studying political science at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, she worked as a student dispatcher for the University Police Department. That role taught her how to maintain a steady presence during high-pressure crises. She brings that exact composure into the courtroom today.

She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2025\. She wrote for the Wisconsin Law Review. She also assisted local businesses in the Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic. Working as a teaching assistant helped her break down complex legal concepts into simple terms. She was admitted to the Wisconsin Bar that same year.
