About Attorney Tristan F. Eagon

Divorce and custody disputes bring an overwhelming fear of losing time with your children. You do not have to carry this burden alone. Tristan F. Eagon and her partner Kyle Reimann built REimagine Law Group, LLC on a straightforward premise. Clients and legal teams both deserve a better experience.

Tristan rejects the rigid, outdated model of practicing law. She brings more than a decade of experience to the table and focuses entirely on family law matters. This includes divorce, custody, child support, and post-judgment disputes. She handles both negotiated settlements and high-conflict litigation. Her objective is simple. She wants to protect what matters most to you and position your family for the future.

Finding an attorney in a rural community can feel isolating and expensive. Tristan works actively to change that reality. She trades legal jargon for clear advice and practical solutions. You get direct access to an attorney who gives honest answers and builds a strategy tailored to your life. And you get a convenient office location.

Her work goes beyond individual cases. As an owner, Tristan oversees firm operations and mentors the legal team. She built a strong foundation at the Wisconsin State Public Defender's Office managing high-volume trials. Before law school, she worked in law enforcement. That background provides firsthand experience with crisis management and real-world conflict. It makes her practice steady, practical, and highly focused on results.

Tristan earned her Juris Doctor (cum laude) from Western Michigan University. She also holds multiple degrees in criminal justice. She stays highly active in the Wisconsin legal community. Currently, she serves as President of the Jefferson County Bar Association and acts as a supplemental court commissioner in Jefferson County.

Her ultimate goal for clients is clear. Do not just survive the legal process. Come out stronger on the other side.

At home, Tristan is a mother to two future litigators and the wife of a Harley rider. Risk management and negotiation are constant themes in her daily life. She spends her free time reading, gardening, wrangling two dogs, and rescuing woodland creatures. She also considers it a personal obligation to make at least one person smile every day.
