Attorney Kyle R. Reimann has spent more than fifteen years fighting for individuals and families across southwest Wisconsin. Kyle and his partner Tristan F. Eagon founded REimagine Law Group, LLC to fix a broken model. Rural clients deserve a smart strategy, a clear path forward, and transparent communication. He also knows exactly how judges think. Kyle spent three years as the Iowa County Family Court Commissioner. Today, he acts as a Supplemental Court Commissioner under the Honorable Matthew Allen. Issuing decisions directly from the bench gives him a massive advantage. He understands how to build an argument the Court will actually accept.
Kyle breaks complex laws down into simple terms. As a former criminal justice professor and pre-law advisor at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, he taught core legal courses including criminal law, criminal procedure, and courtroom evidence. He also coached the university mock trial team. Under his leadership, his student-attorneys won the prestigious Civility Award for fair play and outstanding sportsmanship.
He grew up in a blue-collar family in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. That background keeps his practice grounded in reality. Kyle earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. He graduated from Regent University School of Law in Virginia in 2010. He passed the Wisconsin Bar that same year.

Spencer was great, I highly recommend him. He took my case, a divorce looking at going to trial, kind of last minute. I had been representing myself but once I found out it was going to trial, I knew I needed help. I called several places that were unwilling to help because they felt they didn't have enough time to prepare. Spencer took my case anyways.
I was also short on funds, and he worked with me being very mindful of my limited resources. We ended up settling in the hallway before trial started, saving me time and money. I got what I needed and am very happy with my decision to have Spencer represent me. Again, if you are in need of a lawyer, I highly recommend Spencer. For going to court, he made it a good experience, and court has never been a good experience.

My experience with Attorney Spencer Wingert started at Russell Law, and he is now instead, fortunately, part of the team starting REimagine Law Group, LLC.
I filed for a divorce in Rock County involving small children and domestic abuse knowing it would be high conflict and a lengthy process. I started with a local attorney; She was good but I needed more. Especially going up against the strong choice of attorney the other party retained. I found Spencer through a very respected recommendation and he blew me out of the water with pride. He made the transition between my former attorney to himself absolutely FLAWLESS. His communication from start to finish was very thorough, clear, to the point, and swift. He never left me feeling like I was out of the loop with anything, he explained every process to me very clearly, and repeatedly made me feel in control of my entire case with his undying support. This was an extremely difficult time in my life so with that came a lot of emotions and frustrations on my end and he navigated me in a way that was productive, cost-effective (because let’s face it, that’s important too), and in the best interest of myself and children. He kept me focused and moving forward and realistic.
The most important characteristics I was looking for in an attorney was someone who is knowledgeable in family law to a detailed extent and someone who was strong and productive to represent me in the courtroom and Spencer is all of that without hesitation. Any time he spoke, I truly felt his words were advocating for my children and me. Not because it’s his job but because he GENUINELY believed in me and my case. This is not some attorney that does the work, takes the check and moves on. He is purposefully doing this work to help our families. He remembers our children by name, he recalls every detail of the case and puts the time into the case he is representing.
You might see him and think he’s young compared to the other attorneys, his length of time and experience may not be as long and weathered as other attorneys.. “craftsmanship over mass production” applies here.
My case ended in a stipulated agreement between the other party and myself with our attorneys, days before our scheduled, two day trial.
While I don’t like to say either party wins or loses because nobody starts a marriage with the intent of a divorce, I definitely feel overjoyed with the outcome. And I know I owe a great deal of that to Attorney Spencer Wingert.

I was originally turned over to Riley as a fluke as my attorney couldn't handle the issue at hand. Riley not only addressed that issue flawlessly but also stepped in and resolved, almost immediately, a year long issue that my past attorney couldn't. My only regret was not having her from the beginning as I think my problems would have gone away a lot faster. Riley was professional, prompt, and direct with everything that needed to be done. Since hiring her, Riley has handled multiple personal and professional issues and I am grateful to have found her. Highly recommend!

I hired Kyle Reimann, co-owner of REimagine Law Group, after being charged with a drug case in September of 2025. This was my first time hiring a private attorney, as I knew the circumstances were grave and there were major evidentiary issues. Yet, I was seriously worried about going to prison. This was not the first time I faced felony drug charges. Not long after hiring Kyle, I felt a sense of relief knowing my life was in good hands with him and REimagine Law Group. Kyle fought hard for me and I let him “do his thing” so to speak. Kyle has been a respected legal figure in Southwest Wisconsin for years and it’s obvious why that is.
