About Attorney Kyle R. Reimann
Criminal charges and family disputes tear your daily life apart. The stress takes over. The stakes are incredibly personal. You need a dedicated guide to stand beside you, not just a suit in a courtroom.
Attorney Kyle R. Reimann has spent more than fifteen years fighting for individuals and families across southwest Wisconsin. His practice handles criminal defense, family law, civil litigation, and estate planning. Kyle feels completely at home in front of a judge. Yet he knows a practical solution beats unnecessary conflict every time.
Kyle and his partner Tristan F. Eagon founded REimagine Law Group, LLC to fix a broken model. Rural clients deserve a smart strategy, a clear path forward, and transparent communication. Finding a lawyer in a small town often feels isolating. Kyle changes that reality. He meets you with genuine empathy. You get direct access to an attorney who actually listens and explains every step, in a convenient location.
His perspective comes from the trenches. Kyle has managed hundreds of cases through plea agreements and trials during his time both as a public defender and a private attorney. He shares these real-world truths with his clients. He knows exactly how the justice system operates behind closed doors. He is a tenacious advocate who steps forward when you need protection most.
He also knows exactly how judges think. Kyle spent three years as the Iowa County Family Court Commissioner. Today, he acts as a Supplemental Court Commissioner under the Honorable Matthew Allen. Issuing decisions directly from the bench gives him a massive advantage. He understands how to build an argument the Court will actually accept.
Kyle breaks complex laws down into simple terms. As a former criminal justice professor and pre-law advisor at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, he taught core legal courses including criminal law, criminal procedure, and courtroom evidence. He also coached the university mock trial team. Under his leadership, his student-attorneys won the prestigious Civility Award for fair play and outstanding sportsmanship.
He grew up in a blue-collar family in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. That background keeps his practice grounded in reality. Kyle earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. He graduated from Regent University School of Law in Virginia in 2010. He passed the Wisconsin Bar that same year.
You need more than legal advice. You need a partner fully invested in your future.
